Due to the nature of this service, all sales are FINAL.
Please take extra care in choosing the correct style, size, and color.
2021 Carolina Gold Registration
All Audition Camp Registration fees and Audition packets are non-refundable.
They also will NOT count towards your tuition, should you receive a 2021 season contract.
EXCEPTIONS
The only exceptions to the refund / exchange policy are as follows:
- The artwork of the item isn't the same as the one that you ordered
- The color(s) of the artwork are incorrect
- The item is in hurt or damaged condition upon arrival
- The item isn't the correct style, size, or color that you ordered (aligning with our records)
In these cases, our printing and fulfillment company, Printful, will assist you and CGPA / Alchemy in getting you the correct item.
