Saturday:
Arrive @ Powhatan High School: 11:00am (Check in at the Trailer)
Unload Truck: 11-11:30am
Stretch and Visual Warmup: 11:30-12:30
Battery / Front Ensemble Warmup: 12:30- 1:20pm
Full Ensemble: 1:00- 1:20pm
Transit: 1:20pm
On Deck: 1:25pm
Perform: 1:35pm
Reset to Trailer / Quick Meeting: 2:31-3:30pm
We will setup the evening schedule once we know our evening performance time
